The following forms are provided for software developers intending to produce Delaware Corporate Income Tax Returns.

- Form 1100T Delaware Corporate Tentative Tax Return
- Form 1100T-EXT Corporation Income Tax Request for Extension
- Form 1100T-REQ Corporation Income Tax Request for Change
- Form 1100P Delaware "S" Corporation Personal Income Tax
- Form 1100P-EXT Delaware "S" Corporation Request for Extension
- Form 1100P-REQ Delaware "S" Corporation Income Tax Request for Change
All CIT vouchers must include a scanline. Vouchers cannot be added to a software package without a scanline.
