HOW: Call (800) 865-6198 for an appointment or just walk-in on the day of the event.

This day long program is designed to give taxpayers the opportunity to meet face to face with both IRS and Division of Revenue representatives capable of resolving tax related questions. Call for an appointment or simply walk in.

William M. Remington, Director, Delaware Division of Revenue says, "Problem Solving Day offers you a unique opportunity to meet with both federal and state tax representatives for help with your tax questions. If you have documents or correspondence relating to your problem, be sure to bring them with you, and we will provide you with whatever assistance is necessary to resolve your problem fully and accurately."

The IRS has a Taxpayer Advocate to help resolve problems year round. Taxpayers simply need to call (800) 829-1040 and ask for the Problem Resolution Office.
