Here you will find the Delaware Software Provider Letter of Intent. In your request, you should include the email address of the SES authorized user who plans to access the LOI.

Delaware releases XML schemas and test packets in late October.

Delaware begins acceptance testing for all tax types mid November. Tax year production will begin in conjunction with the IRS tax year startup date.
