CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION UNIT
The Criminal Investigation Unit serves the citizens of the State of Delaware by investigating allegations of tax fraud in a manner that enhances voluntary compliance and promotes public confidence in the tax system.
We ask you to help identify individuals or businesses who do not file or pay Delaware taxes or who file fraudulent returns.
