Our Director

As the Director of the Division of Revenue, I strive to ensure that our staff provides responsive, accurate, and efficient services to Delaware citizens and businesses. Our website will help you locate information and forms easily, even if you are unsure of your specific compliance requirements. We also support and maintain free online filing systems for both individuals and businesses.  You can also file and pay your taxes online, which provides you with quicker return processing. Businesses can also conveniently register and renew their licenses online.

Whenever you need one-on-one assistance, our public service representatives can be reached by phone. Or, if you need one-on-one help, you may visit one of our public service offices.  We have them conveniently located in all three counties.

The Division continues to support and maintain its free online filing systems for both individuals and businesses. From this site you can both file and pay your taxes, thus increasing accuracy and productivity, and providing you quicker return processing. In addition, businesses can renew licenses or register for a new license. As always, we have public service representatives who can be reached by phone and public service offices in all three counties. We’re here for you when you require one-on-one assistance for any issue.
