In an effort to serve you, our customer, even better the Delaware Division of Revenue has implemented a strategic program called ECCEL, an initiative focusing on Efficiency, Compliance, Customers, Employees and Leadership. The ECCEL program, started in 1998 and continually reviewed and updated, outlines the Division's core objectives and offers solutions to existing and future challenges. It has provided the Division a clear method for improving productivity, identifying fresh approaches to easing the compliance process for the public, and placing a strong emphasis on customer service, communications and technology.

The Division of Revenue's website is formatted so that you may locate information and forms more easily even if someone is unsure of their specific compliance requirements. In addition, the Division continues to support and maintain its free online filing systems for both individuals and businesses. From this site you can both file and pay your taxes, thus increasing accuracy and productivity, and providing you quicker return processing. In addition, businesses can renew licenses or register for a new license. As always, we have public service representatives who can be reached by phone and public service offices in all three counties for when our customers require one-on-one assistance for any issue.
