If you file your federal 1099 information on Magnetic Media, then you are also required to file your 1099 information with Delaware on Magnetic Media. Filing 1099s on Magnetic Media

Currently, the Delaware Division of Revenue only offers Internet or electronic filing for Personal Income Tax.
