Businesses will receive a temporary license upon successful completion of One Stop. If applicable, the Delaware Division of Unemployment Insurance will mail a letter of liability determination and a registration poster.
In addition to registering at One Stop, you will need to ensure compliance with local zoning laws, the Division of Professional Regulations, the Departments of Agriculture, Health, Natural Resources & Environnmental Control, State and Transportation as necessary.

The information provided on the CRA determines which tax forms a business will need – corporate or S-corporate income tax returns, withholding tax returns, license gross receipts taxes and/or the annual business license – therefore, it is necessary to complete the form in its entirety.
Once the CRA is completed, mail it with the required license fee to the Delaware Division of Revenue, PO Box 8750, Wilmington, DE 19899-8750.
