The Division of Revenue has started a project to modernize its technology and processes to better serve Delaware taxpayers. This page will provide access to information and documents regarding the Division’s modernization activities.

09/22/22 – The Online payment option will be unavailable from 09/22/22 through 10/09/22. On 10/10/22 payments can be made at https://tax.delaware.gov. If you need assistance please call our public service office at 302-577-8200.
12/15/20 – Our new Delaware Taxpayer Portal is now live for taxpayers to create a profile that can be used in January for filing, paying, and more! Download the attached PDF for information on the portal.

08/17/20 – As you may be aware, the State of Delaware, Division of Revenue is undergoing a modernization of its tax administration systems, including its online filing and payment portal. You will soon be able to file, pay, review your account financials, set up payment plans, and more on the Delaware Taxpayer Portal.
