06/15/20 – Cashing your winning lottery ticket

The Division of Revenue will have appointments available between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to cash winning Delaware Lottery tickets. To schedule an appointment, winners should call the Wilmington Division of Revenue office at (302) 577-8162. For Georgetown, call (302) 856-5358.

Public service windows will open beginning Monday 6/15 by appointment only. Call 577-8200 to schedule for Wilmington, 744-1085 to schedule for Dover and 856-5358 to schedule for Georgetown.

04/17/2020 -Eligible Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients will get automatic Economic Impact Payments. However, those with qualifying children should use the IRS Non-Filers’ tool as soon as possible to add $500 per child to their payments.

04/14/2020 – Delaware’s corporate deadline was automatically extended by the issuance of a Technical Information Memorandum to July 15, 2020 (Form 1100 Final Corporate Return). Form 200-C, the Composite Personal Income Tax Return, is also extended to July 15, 2020. See the Division of Revenue’s Press Release here.
04/13/2020 – The IRS has launched its online tool for non-filer stimulus payment applications.
03/23/2020 – Read the Tax Information Memorandum on COVID-19 filing extensions.

All taxpayers are asked to utilize the Division of Revenue’s online services at Revenue.Delaware.gov to ensure that they remain compliant with all tax filing and payment obligations. If you are unable to find a solution through Revenue’s online services, please call our public service group at 302-577-8200, and we will provide you guidance.

All returns and payments filed with the Division of Revenue will be processed as they are received. Online filing for most returns is available at https://revenue.delaware.gov/file/. All returns received through electronic and internet filing methods are processed directly into Revenue’s system, thus allowing more expedient processing. Paper returns are processed as they are received and will be scanned into Revenue’s system for processing, but please be aware that paper returns will take longer to be processed.

As a precautionary measure due to coronavirus, the public is urged to use online and telephone services effective immediately.

LOTTERY TICKETS: The Division of Revenue is unable to cash lottery tickets at this time. Please refer to the handout to determine how to cash in your ticket.

BUSINESS LICENSE: If you would like to apply for or renew a business license, please visit onestop.delaware.gov.
